Paneer Kaise Banta Hai || How to Make Paneer Easily
Paneer banane ka process bahut hi saral hai. Neeche diye gaye hai paneer banane ke steps:
- Pehle se garam kiya hua dudh ko bartan mein daal dein. Dhyan rakhein ki dudh halki aanch par garam ho raha ho.
- Jab dudh garam ho jaye aur ubaalne lage, usmein nimbu ka ras daalein. Nimbu ka ras paneer ko jamane mein madad karta hai. Usse dudh mein acche se mix kar lein.
- Ab dudh ko dhimi aanch par pakayein aur beech beech mein hilate rahein. Aap dekheinge ki dudh mein solids aur whey alag hone lagenge.
- Jab dudh puri tarah se thoda sa thick ho jaye aur solids alag ho jaye, tab aanch ko band kar dein.
- Ab dudh ko chaan kar usse thanda paani se dho lein. Isse paneer mein bacha hua nimbu ka ras aur anya residue nikal jayega.
- Paani se dhoi hui paneer ko acche se nichod lein taki excess paani nikal jaye.
- Ab paneer ko mota patti ya container mein rakh dein aur usse thoda dabayein. Isse excess paani aur whey nikal jayega.
- Paneer ko 1-2 ghante ke liye thanda karne ke liye fridge mein rakhein. Thanda hone ke baad paneer tayyar hai!
Paneer, jo ek dairy product hai, protein aur calcium ka
accha srot hai. Paneer ki calorie matra thodi vary kar sakti hai, yeh brand aur
tayari ke tareeke par depend karti hai. Average roop se, 100 gram paneer mein
lagbhag 265-320 calories hoti hai.
